Cómo se procesa

1. The custom importer requests every page from the unauthenticated SEPREC company-search API using browser-compatible origin and referer headers. Requests are sequential, have a four-minute timeout, and retry up to five times with exponential backoff.
2. Because the endpoint is a live view rather than a versioned snapshot, every pass must contain exactly the total reported on all its pages and one unique upstream entity ID per row. A normal daily run accepts one pass only when those invariants hold. Any inconsistent pass escalates to two consecutive complete passes. Every Sunday UTC and every forced rebuild also requires two-pass convergence. Inter-pass source-total drift is capped at the smaller of 250 rows or 0.1%, and legal-row additions, removals, or changes are capped at the smaller of 100 rows or 0.1%. The newer pass is accepted only inside both bounds. It makes at most four passes and aborts without replacing the current R2 manifest if convergence is required but not achieved.
3. Every upstream row is classified before it reaches an intermediate TSV. EMPRESA UNIPERSONAL is excluded. The importer accepts only the nine exact code-and-name pairs documented below and aborts on any new or mismatched type.
4. Registration and renewal status use closed vocabularies. An unknown value aborts the run rather than being guessed or silently dropped.
5. The NIT must contain 5–12 digits, matching the range documented by Bolivia's Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales. It is left-padded to 12 digits for storage while original_nit preserves the published value, including meaningful leading zeroes. The semantic contract links through original_nit, never through storage padding. Missing and malformed NITs are excluded and counted.
6. Duplicate NITs are resolved deterministically by retaining the row with the greatest source-owned SEPREC entity ID. The complete duplicate counts are logged.
7. The legal name is indexed for country-scoped search. Lookup, search, MPHF, sitemap, and content-addressed R2 artifacts are built only after the stable snapshot and compliance gates pass.

Limitaciones conocidas

• SEPREC does not publish a refresh cadence or snapshot identifier for this endpoint. Latinfo schedules daily, validates strict completeness inside every pass, escalates inconsistent daily reads to bounded two-pass convergence, and runs a mandatory two-pass audit every Sunday UTC.
• The public directory mixes unipersonal businesses with legal entities; only the exact legal-type allowlist is retained.
• A material share of legal-entity rows has no NIT and cannot be linked safely. They are counted and omitted.
• A small number of NITs are shorter than the five-digit minimum documented by SIN and are rejected rather than repaired.
• Duplicate NITs exist. The selected source row is deterministic and its SEPREC identifiers remain visible for audit.
• SEPREC's list endpoint returned different departments for roughly 0.2% of otherwise identical entities across consecutive complete reads. Department and establishment ID are intentionally not retained because the endpoint does not provide a stable value for them.
• The API is undocumented and may change headers, pagination, or response vocabulary without notice. Every such drift fails closed.
