Cómo se procesa
- Easy Pipe downloads the official ZIP, selects
RNC_Contribuyentes_Actualizado_*.csv, converts Latin-1 to UTF-8 and parses RFC4180 quoting. - The primary-ID boundary accepts only 9-digit RNC values beginning with 1 or 4; 11-digit cedulas and prefix-5 records are excluded before index construction.
- The source is single-record and
