Cómo se procesa
- The custom importer discovers every CSV linked by the official page, downloads it without authentication, locates each real header after its preamble, decodes Windows-1252 and normalizes whitespace.
- It retains only 12-character legal-entity RFCs and excludes all 13-character natural-person RFCs before sorting and building the multi-record binary/search indexes. The searchable field is
legal_name. - SAT labels and dates remain verbatim; the importer does not assign severity or a Latinfo risk interpretation.

Limitaciones conocidas
- An RFC can occur in multiple lists and dates, so the endpoint intentionally returns an array.
- Source files contain inconsistent preambles and headers; the importer detects them per file.
- The publication is evidence from SAT, not a Latinfo severity or risk determination.
