Cómo se procesa

1. The custom importer downloads the official landing page and discovers the current ten archive URLs. Their document identifiers change between monthly snapshots.
2. downloadVerified fetches every ZIP without authentication. yauzl streams the TXT member to disk on the Mint runner.
3. The parser reads each TXT line by line and resolves fields from both ends because a small number of registered names contain unescaped pipe characters.
4. Before writing any intermediate row, it keeps only eight-digit RUC bodies in series 80, validates the modulo-11 verifier, and conservatively excludes names that identify undivided estates or successors.
5. The output RUC is the eight-digit body plus verifier, without punctuation. The TSV is sorted by this key and built into content-addressed lookup, search, and MPHF artifacts.
6. Name search is not exposed publicly yet; the internal search artifact indexes legal_name for future country-aware search.

No natural-person row is written to the intermediate TSV, local artifacts, or R2.

Limitaciones conocidas

• The public roster mixes natural and legal taxpayers; the importer intentionally retains only validated series-80 records.
• Resolution General 79/2021 includes undivided estates in series 80, so succession-like registered names are excluded conservatively.
• Two rows in the 2026-07 snapshot have an invalid verifier digit and are rejected rather than repaired.
• A handful of source names contain unescaped |; the parser joins the middle segments rather than trusting fixed positions.
• previous_ruc is a legacy identifier and is not exposed as an alternate lookup key.
